Just cut up carrots, celery, radishes, cucumbers, and red peppers into sticks, circles and strips and let the kids create. Brocolli and raw baby spinach works great for hair, and olives make perfect eyeballs. Put out a bowl of low-fat dip and watch the magic show of disappearing vegetables.

Vegetable Monsters
Is it Frankenstein or Dracula? I am not sure, but this vegetable monster was a big hit at the dinner table. I thought my boys (6 and 7) were beyond the age where cutting "undesirable" food into cute shapes would entice them to eat it, but I was wrong - it worked like a charm.

Scary Snacks
