I had fun making these pizzas with my two young boys. We found them in "The Geronimo Stilton Cookbook," based on our favorite series of children's stories. The book inlcudes tips parents will like, too, such as good nutrition and polite table manners.
We used fresh mozzarella, slices of vegetables and fresh herbs to make the face. Delicious! (or "fabumouse" as Geronimo Stilton would say).
