Easy freezer jam
We made 20 jars of strawberry jam this year and it took about 3 hours total, including picking the berries. I love this "no cook" pectin because my sons can help me prepare the jam, and the jam has a very fresh taste.
Simply mix the pectin powder with 1 1/2 cups of sugar and 4 cups of crushed berries and stir. That's it. We have enough jam for the whole year with minimal effort.
